About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. You’ll represent the company in the field, delivering exceptional service with professionalism and care. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is eager to keep growing in their craft.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems—getting it done right the first time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and present yourself professionally at job sites.
  • Attend ongoing trainings and seminars to stay current in the field.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including work orders and material return tags.
  • Coordinate scheduling and updates with the dispatcher throughout the day.
  • Fill out service tickets and collect payments when needed.
  • Address job-related issues promptly and follow up as needed.
  • Stay up to date with company promotions and pricing.
  • Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
  • Keep your service vehicle stocked with minimum required inventory.
  • Recommend equipment, service agreements, or accessories when they benefit the customer.
  • Support the team with other tasks as requested by supervisors or leadership.
What We’re Looking For:

  • EPA Certification required (if new to the trade must acquire within first 3 months)
  • NATE certifications are a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you’re professional and courteous with customers, teammates, and vendors
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changes in the field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Equipped with all necessary tools for the job
  • Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more as needed
  • Confident in handling both technical issues and occasional challenging customer interactions
  • Good communication skills—you can collaborate with people from different backgrounds and personalities
