Warehouse Manager – Synairgy Mechanical (Maui, HI)

About the Role:
Synairgy Mechanical, a locally owned HVAC company on Maui, is hiring a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, job staging, and warehouse operations. This position supports our field technicians and ensures materials are ready for daily HVAC installations and service work.

Warehouse Manager – Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
  • Strategically manage the warehouse in alignment with company policies, procedures, and long-term goals.
  • Receive, inspect, log, and accurately enter incoming materials and receipts into inventory or billing systems.
  • Maintain accurate digital inventory records; monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and reorder materials as needed.
  • Set up and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization and smooth workflow.
  • Stage parts and equipment for HVAC installations and coordinate closely with project managers, suppliers, transport companies, and field crews.
  • Enforce operational policies, safety protocols, and compliance with OSHA, shipping, handling, and warehousing regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
  • Manage warranty returns, vendor exchanges, and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling, records, and registration.
  • Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget and produce periodic operational reports (e.g., inventory, stock movement, dead stock).
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff; plan work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
  • Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
 

Requirements:

·        2+ years warehouse or inventory experience

·        HVAC experience a plus

·        Strong organizational and time-management skills

·        Ability to lift 50+ lbs

·        Basic computer skills

·        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

·        Detail Oriented
