Synairgy on Maui, Hawaii is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems independently, we offer top pay, excellent benefits, and a company culture that values skilled technicians.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Communicate repair options clearly with customers
- Recommend system improvements such as IAQ products, components, or replacements
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Assist with mentoring junior technicians when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read manufacturer specifications and service manuals
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to work in field conditions and varying weather
